Shipping policy

Every order is custom-made and processed within 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Shipping is chosen and charged at checkout:

• Tracked 48hr: £3.35 (typically 2 to 3 working days after dispatch)
• Tracked 24hr: £4.25 (typically the next working day after dispatch)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £10.75 (guaranteed before 1pm the next working day after dispatch)

Royal Mail don't guarantee Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery times. If your sail date is within 7 days, we recommend Special Delivery (the only guaranteed service). Ordering at least 10 days before your sail date is the best way to avoid disappointment.
