Refund policy

As each card is personalised to your ship and sail date, returns are not accepted once production has commenced under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• Cancellations before production has begun: Full refund.
• Faulty/Incorrect/Damaged: Replaced or fully refunded.
